Frequently Asked Questions

The widget does not appear on my Home Screen

Make sure:

You have installed the app.
You added the widget via:
- Long press on Home Screen
- Tap “+”
- Search for 6×7
- Select widget size and add

If the widget still doesn’t update:

Restart your device
Remove and re-add the widget

The widget does not refresh every hour

iOS controls widget refresh timing automatically.
6×7 requests regular updates, but the system may adjust timing to save battery.

My progress disappeared

Progress is stored locally on your device.

If you:

Deleted the app
Reset your device
Disabled iCloud backup

The data may not be recoverable.

6×7 does not store progress on external servers.

Does the app require internet?

No. 6×7 works completely offline.
Internet connection is only required for: Downloading the app

How does the adaptive repetition work?

The app tracks:

Correct answers
Response time
Error frequency

Examples that need reinforcement appear more frequently in tests and widget rotation.

No personal data is transmitted outside your device.

Can I reset my progress?

Yes.
Go to Settings on your device, find 6×7: Multiplication, select Reset Data, then reopen the app.
